The first of our afternoon sweats will be the under in the Wings and Sun game. This game should not have many three pointers as both teams tend to shy away from the deep ball.

• Wings are 11th in 3pt Frequency

Avoiding the three point spurts is crucial when betting an under. As a result, this means that both teams attack the rim with high frequency.

This high rim frequency should play right into the hands of the defense so as an under bettor I am not too worried.

This means that this matchup against the Sun should be good since the Sun attack the rim often and that is the only good aspect of the Wings defense.

2. Aces vs Liberty Over 171

For our next play, we are taking the over in the must watch game of the day. The tempo in this one should be fast if it is controlled by the home favorite.

• Aces are 1st in Tempo

Las Vegas has been pushing the pace this year and this has led to a 7-4 record to the Over for them thus far. When it comes to offensive efficiency, these two teams are the best.

• Aces are 1st in 3pt Efficiency

• Liberty are 2nd in 3pt Efficiency

The two most valuable shots in basketball are the three pointer and shots at the rim. Not only are the great from deep, but they excel at the other valuable shot.

• Aces are 3rd in Rim Efficiency

• Liberty are 1st in Rim Efficiency

Taking advantage of the most valuable shots should help our over bet. If it comes down to it, they also rank as the top free throw shooting teams in the league.

• Aces are 1st in FT Efficiency

• Liberty are 2nd in FT Efficiency

If the game is faster paced then hopefully those extra possessions get these teams into the bonus because they both shoot about 85% from the stripe. The spread is a one possession game so if somebody has a late lead, we could always have the potential for late free throws.
